Unable to create support tickets

Hi,

I’m posting here because I cannot find any other way of reaching any of the Auth0 team.

We have a paid team plan, but we cannot raise a support ticket, the support page seems to have a bug and shows us as only having free subscriptions.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Is there a direct email contact i can use?
