Auth0 support site not working

When I go to the Auth0 support site, the screen appears blank from multiple devices and browsers and incognito/private browsing. Others report it being available. I attempted to email support@auth0.com a week ago but also got no reply. I’m a paying customer and need to resolve a support request.

Thanks for any suggestions of other avenues of getting support from an Auth0 employee.

Seems to be a common – and growing – experience. I have opened a support ticket about it. No response so far, but maybe eventually.
