Unable to create support ticket on paid plan

I am unable to open a support ticket, although I have a paid account. We are on the “Startup” plan which is $99/mo.

When going to Auth0 Support Center, it says “To open a support ticket in your Developer subscription please select the subscription from the menu above.” However, there is only one option in that menu, which is “Free”.

I only have one account. Any ideas on how to open a support ticket?
