Still having problem creating support ticket on B2C Professional plan

Hi we are still having an issue with creating a support ticket. We have a B2C professional plan and we are paying a few hundred dollars for it every month. We cannot create a support ticket.

Following did not help: " If you have not been able to create support tickets, I suggest ensuring that the Subscription option on the top left of the [Auth0 Support Page] has selected your B2C professional plan instead of the free plan. Sometimes, it might be left on the free plan which removes the option to create support tickets. Let me know how this goes for you."

Also, I am trying to add some screenshots here but could not add any screenshot.
