Hi we are still having an issue with creating a support ticket. We have a B2C professional plan and we are paying a few hundred dollars for it every month. We cannot create a support ticket.
Following did not help: " If you have not been able to create support tickets, I suggest ensuring that the Subscription option on the top left of the [Auth0 Support Page] has selected your B2C professional plan instead of the free plan. Sometimes, it might be left on the free plan which removes the option to create support tickets. Let me know how this goes for you."

I have followed up to our message thread. It looks like the tenant in question was a personal tenant that has not been linked to your Auth0 Teams yet.
Hence why, the tenant is still under the free subscription plan. Once you have linked the tenant to your Auth0 Teams, it will share features and quota limits available within your Team Subscription with the linked tenant. Once that’s complete, you should be allowed to create support tickets.
