Unable to create a support ticket (paid subscription)

Hello,

Are there any issues with the Auth0 support centre? Until this week, I was able to create tickets but I can no longer do that.

When I submit ticket, I get the page with “Submitting the ticket, please wait” then I’m redirected back to the ticket I was trying to raise with the error: “Your ticket could not be submitted due to a system error. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.”.

Moreover, when I select my subscription, only 2 tenants show up (1 prod and 1 staging). The other prod tenant does not show up.

I understand there is a planned downtime on 15-Nov but has the downtime started now?

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing an issue where some of our users are unable to create support tickets. Our team is investigating the issue, and it will be fixed.

In the meantime, please send a DM to the Support group, so we can create a support ticket on your behalf.
