New production tenant not listed in support center

We have set up 3 tenants in Auth0: development, staging and production.
At this moment all of them are on the “free” plan, however, we tried to upgrade the production tenant which failed with the error “Failed with status 400”.

The strange thing is that when I go to the support center only the development and staging tenants are visible. I am not sure if these issues are related, but can you help us set up a subscription for the production environment, please?

I understand you have encountered issues upgrading your subscription on your Auth0 Dashboard.

In this case, could you please clarify if your production tenant is recently created?

If this is the case, could you please check your Subscription drop-down for a Trial subscription for your newly created production tenant?
