I was given the wrong tenant to be upgraded in the startup plan

My application for the startup plan was approved and it was upgraded, but the plan I was upgraded to was not the tenant (the auth0 tenant we use for our service) that I had expected, but my private tenant was upgraded.

Now that service is in private beta and they have started releasing it for the first time, I am afraid it will be difficult to switch.

What should we do?

I asked Auth0 for Startups team(Eli Rabek) but, I’m not getting any replies at all.
