New tenant not showing up in support centre


I created a new tenant and would like to change the label as I am planning to use it for out different environments.
In the support centre only the initial tenant is showing.

Do I need to do anything else for it to show in the support centre?

I watched a video that suggested this needs to be actionioned by Auth0 but also seen a question here that apparently got resolved privately.

Are you using the same account to login when you created the new tenant?
Also what kind of subscription is the new tenant under?
If it’s a free trial it will be showing only under the free subscription dropdown on the Support Center.

I see, I managed to create the new tenants under the “Trial” subscriptions so they show under there.

I have the same problem, but I’m not sure how to “map” the new tenant to my already established subscription? I was signed into my account with a subscription when the new tenant was created, why would it default to a trial? Thanks for your help!
