There are a couple of potential causes for this error message, from the the CNAME DNS Record not being published to a typo and mismatch of the exact values.
To begin with, I suggest using a tool such as Network Tools: DNS,IP,Email to check if the DNS and CNAME values exist/have been recorded and then double-check that the values entered on your Auth0 side exactly match them. If you wish to use " thekiddycloud " as mentioned, you will need to make sure that everything set up correctly and also that you are using this domain in your tenant.
