Custom domain DNS verification won’t work

We added a custom domain, so we added the CNAME verification record on our domain’s DNS records. It’s been 24 hours, DNS checker tools like mxtool confirms that it’s been detected, but when verifying on auth0’s side we get " Error! Your verification record was not found.". Any idea?
