Can't downgrade tenant

I’m trying to downgrade my Tenant to free, but I’m getting told to “fill in all required fields.”

But there are no fields :thinking:

Hi @kierans777,

You will need to fill in all of the required fields in the Payment & Billing section of your tenant settings.

After that is complete, you can downgrade your tenant to the free subscription plan.
