Automatic sending of welcome email stops working even if no configuration change are done in 4 months.

If you have experienced issues with your welcome email not sending newly created/registered users, I recommend checking your tenant logs to verify this behavior.
Once you are sure that the welcome emails are not sending, I suggest checking your welcome email template is enabled.

It looks like you have a custom email provider set up on your tenant. If there are any issues with your emails not sending properly, I would check your custom email provider to ensure the activity reflects the current behavior.
Because, at this point, Auth0 is deferred to your custom email provider to handle sending emails.
