i have customized email templates. they were working but all of a sudden new users do not receive the email to verification link or any email links. Please how can this be resolved urgently?

After checking your tenant settings I have indeed noticed lots of fn
error type codes indicating Failed Sending Notification, referencing an error in sending an email.
Given that you are using a custom email provider, the issue might rely there. You can try changing the API key to update its permissions. You can check out this Community Article on the matter.
