Hi, I tried to customize the email templates, now no emails are being sent from Auth0. Not even the reset password link for Auth0 application itself. Any idea why?

I understand that you have been encountering issues with emails not being sent to the recipient.
In this situation, may I ask if you have already configured an External SMTP Email Provider?
If not, I recommend starting with configuring an External SMTP Email Provider since the Auth0 Email Provider is meant for testing purposesly only.
Lastly, there is also the option to monitor your Logs to verify if the emails are being sent.
