Users are not receiving password reset emails. I tested this myself and no password reset email was sent. It did not go to spam either. I am not using a third party email provider.
The auth0 log shows “Success Change Password Request” but the email never arrives.
Is something wrong with Auth0 outbound password reset emails?
UPDATE: I changed to a custom provider and now the email went through so it looks like there is a problem with Auth0’s direct outbound password reset emails.
I understand that you’ve encountered issues with the default Auth0 email provider. There were recent issues with the Auth0 email provider occasionally having disruptions or latencies.
