I am trying to use the Auth0 Create User
feature to set up a new user.
But if I trigger Password Reset
or Send Verification Email
it lands up in the Spam folder of the user.
Can you please help in avoiding these emails to go to spam folders.

We are also experiencing this same issue. We are using SendGrid via the Use my own email provider in the console. This is primarily an issue with iCloud and *.mail.protection.outlook.com.
We’ve checked the SendGrid logs/etc and no anomalies to report including bounce/reputation/etc.
