User Blocked Wordpress Login

Hi, I’m trying to connect my Wordpress and Woocommerce site with Auth 0 I’ve tried the manual set up, and when I log in with my wordpress admin user It says wrong password, after several attemps my account now is blocked. I also tried to reset password but I didn’t receive any mail

Not sure if you still face this issue. There are a few topics in our community regarding users not receiving reset password emails, with suggestions such as checking errors in the logs, checking the spam folder of the mailbox, and setting up a custom email provider.

Not receiving password reset email on my corporate inbox

Hi We are evaluating Auth0 at the moment. I am trying to reset my password (my corporate account, I can send it using a DM). However, I am not receiving the password reset email. I’ve checked with our network team and no email from Auth0 is blocked in our end. Could you please help me to get my password reset email. Ahmad

Password reset email not received

I am using Auth0 email provider (default) but when I click the link “Don’t Remember password” it brings up screen where it shows my correct email and when I click send it says that it has sent email but I never receive the email. ( I am using the javascript app that I downloaded from Auth0 web site from my account, and all other things seem to be working ok)
