The plan literally says 500 MAUs, how come we are eligible for up to 100.000?

This is because the Essentials plan base tier offers 500 MAUs at $35/month, and you have the option to purchase up to 100,000 MAUs. To do that, you will need to contact our Sales team for the exact pricing.

In your current plan, you have paid for 7,500 MAUs at $525/month, and if you decide to purchase 100,000 MAUs, the price for the plan will increase accordingly.

If you decide to exceed 100,000 MAUs, which is the MAUs limit for the Essentials and Professional plan, you must opt for the Enterprise plan for MAU custom tiers.
