Unable to view billing methods

Hi There,

I intended to upgrade us from the free plan to professional plan for one month only. I had troubles logging in again, to downgrade our plan back to free. I was eventually able to, but another payment already went of our credit card by then. Now that I am back on the free plan, I am unable to open an official support ticket - because it is not available on the free plan. Can someone perhaps contact me directly, and I can go in depth regarding the issues I was facing when trying to downgrade, and to process a refund.

I also did not receive invoices via email (due to typo), and I am unable to find them on the portal to download manually.
