Unable to create new account


I created a new account as I plan to use Auth0. I received the confirmation E-mail. However, when creating my first tenant (which name is still available), I get the following error message:

The request to create your account has failed. Please try again or contact us.

(this independently if I select Company or Personal account type).

I have read Can't create my first tenant but had no luck so far.

Am I missing something?

Can you send me via private message what tenant name you want to use? Maybe it’s taken or you have already create some account with same email address. Thanks!
