First time posting on here but I am having a lot of issues trying to get onto the page that will let me add a card to verify so we can use the custom domain feature.
Every time I click Add Credit Card, it just redirects me to Tenant General Settings and there is no where at all for me to add a card.
I can’t also contact support as I am on the free plan so I am hoping putting it on here I might get some help. I am the only administrator as well.
Just to make sure this isn’t any browser corrupted cache or cookie related issue, please try the Add Credit Card option using incognito mode and another browser as well, and if the issue persists please send me a direct message here on the community forum with your email address and the tenant name associated with your account so I can submit a support ticket on your behalf and our Billing Team will further provide the assistance needed.
