Hi i’m trying to add a credit card to set a custom domain. When trying to add the credit card I cannot click update/add and get the error please fill in required fields. All fields have the correct valid data. Tested with two differenent credit cards. No request seems to be sent other than the stripe/b that returns with 200 ok. I’m a free user so I cannot create a ticket, but this seems like a pure bug.

Thank you for reporting this issue, allow me to research this in case it’s a general issue and I will be back with an update as soon as possible. In the mean time, please log out of your Auth0 tenant via the /logout endpoint ( https://tenant-name.region.auth0.com/logout ), then log back in and see if you are noticing the same behaviour. This would be just to determine if the issue is persisting.

Same issue. Want to get custom domain, but cannot do it without CC info entered.

Returning with an update, the issue looks to have been resolved and we want to make sure this is reflected on everyone’s end. Please attempt one more time to follow the process of adding your card information in order to setup a Custom Domain on your tenant and let us know if it worked for you, or if you are still experiencing the " Please fill in required fields " error message.
