Hi everyone,
I’m currently using the Free Auth0 plan. On the pricing page I can see that the Free plan includes custom domains, with the note that only credit card verification is required for fraud prevention.
The problem is: when I go to Tenant Settings → Subscription, I see the message “Subscriptions are now managed in Teams” and I’m redirected to the Teams section. However, in the Teams section I don’t find any option to set the tier or to add credit card details.
All I want is to enable a custom domain on the Free plan, without upgrading to a paid plan.
Does anyone know how to proceed? Do I need to create a Team, link the tenant, or is there another step I’m missing in the new UI?
Would like to post screenshots but seems it is not possible
Setting up the credit card should indeed be present within the tenant’s settings as outlined in the following article : Using Custom Domains with Free Tenants
You should be able to go, on your tenant, to Branding → Custom Domains, click on the Add Credit Card button which should lead you to Settings → Payment & Billing.
If you continue to get directed to Teams, please log out of your tenant and log back in. Let me know if this issue continues.
I have two tenants ( I tried to create a second one as a tentative to solve my problem ) and I am not familiar with what they stand for so I am not sure if it is possible to logout of the one of the two tenants or if I can just log out of my account.
Logging out of my account ( available through the icon profile on the up right corner) and logging back in did not solve my issue.
I would like to further clarify my issue showing a screenshot or posting a video of the flow I have but seems is not possible. Can I post a link maybe?
Are you able to access the following URL ( after entering your Teams’ name ) and set your card details : https://accounts.auth0.com/teams/{{team_name}} then navigate to Settings > Subscription ?
After doing some more research, it appears that the steps I mentioned in my previous reply usually apply to older tenants, but with never ones, the Subscription should have been moved to Teams, just as you are experiencing.
Thank you so much for the replyies so far…
To make my situation clearer, I think the best way is to share this GIF (link below, add https at the beginning otherwise it does not let me post the link).
I really appreciate the support and am so frustrated since it should be so simple.
