Hi Auth0 team,
I’m trying to verify a payment method on my Auth0 Free tenant so I can enable a Custom Domain for my SaaS product, Klyven.
Region: Kazakhstan
The Dashboard requires a verified credit card before I can create the Custom Domain. However, every card I try is rejected with the same message:
“Card declined. Please try adding your payment method again.”
I have already tried several valid cards issued by different providers, including cards from two different banks. All attempts are rejected in exactly the same way.
Since the same issue occurs across multiple independent cards, I suspect this may be related to Auth0’s card verification process, anti-fraud system, or my tenant/team billing profile rather than a specific card issuer.
Could an Auth0 team member please help confirm:
- whether my recent card verification attempts are reaching the payment processor;
- whether there is a decline or error code available;
- whether cards issued in Kazakhstan are supported for this verification;
- whether there is any restriction or anti-fraud block associated with my Auth0 Team or tenant;
- what I need to do to complete the required card verification successfully.
I only need to complete the verification required to enable the Custom Domain feature.
I can provide my exact tenant domain and timestamps of the attempts privately if needed. I will not post card numbers, CVC, or other sensitive card information publicly.
Auth0 staff help would be greatly appreciated, as the issue is reproducible across several independent cards.
Thank you.
