Unable to add admin user to my tenant

When your subscription is upgraded for your tenant, a Team is generated, and one of the tenant admins is automatically assigned as a Team Owner. So I can see in the images that you have the team_contributor role (Members with this role can view and access specific tenants of which they are a member*),* which has limited rights in this case as described here: Team Member Management.

Due to the upgrade, the Add Member button was removed from the dashboard, and it was added to the Teams dashboard.

By going to Settings > Tenant Members list, you can contact all the tenant admins and see who the Team Owner is.
In order to add members, you will need to contact your Team Owner and have him switch your role to a team_owner (Team Member Management), or ask the team owner to disable the Tenant Member Management option from the Teams dashboard: Tenant Member Management

After that, you can add team members and assign roles to them by following the steps from this article: Assign Team Member to Tenants with Tenant Member Management

Please note that we cannot change your role to team owner.
