Tenant not accessible need reset MFA please

I am locked out of my Auth0 Dashboard admin account and I cannot access the Support Center because MFA is required. My recovery code is not working.

Please help me with an MFA reset / admin access recovery request.

Details:

  • Tenant name: d---auth0.com

  • Dashboard admin email: d—.ai

  • Issue: locked out of Auth0 Dashboard due to MFA / invalid recovery code

  • I am the only admin for this tenant

I can provide any verification details needed to confirm ownership of the tenant.

I have used the recovery code and i forgot to get the new one, could you hlelp me to have another recovery code of my tenants, please ? Thank you
