I am completely locked out of my admin dashboard. I lost access to my authenticator app and I do not have the recovery code.

Could you please help me reset the MFA for this tenant? I am using the same email address for this community account. Thank you.

Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support, forwarding the details and also mentioning the email address of your Auth0 account. The DM is a private conversation where more sensitive details can be shared with us for troubleshooting. We will be able to submit a Support case to request the MFA reset on your behalf.
