Need MFA Reset for Locked Auth0 Tenant (Cannot Access Dashboard)

Hi team,

I need help resetting MFA for our Auth0 dashboard admin account.
We can reset the password, but MFA blocks login and we no longer have access to the authenticator device.

Email of account needing MFA reset:
marketing@creditcounsellors.com.au

Tenant domain (from password-reset email):

dev-ocwfp3ztegy4ymv2.us.auth0.com

We can verify domain ownership if required.

Could you please reset MFA for this account so we can regain access to the tenant?
