MFA reset request (Dashboard)

Hello Auth0 Support Team,

I cannot log in to the Auth0 Dashboard because my MFA device and backup codes are unavailable.

Tenant name: tomocan
Admin email: engineer.tomocan@gmail.com
Issue: Lost MFA device and no recovery codes available
Last successful login: (わかれば記入)
Impact: Unable to access tenant settings

Could you please reset my Dashboard MFA or guide me through account recovery?
