Request for MFA Reset - Unable to Access Auth0 Dashboard gerak@1000startupdigital.id - 1000startupdigital(20200928112002)

Dear Auth0 Support Team and Community,

I am currently unable to access my Auth0 dashboard due to a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) issue.

The registered device used for MFA is no longer available, and unfortunately, I do not have the recovery codes saved.

Account details:

  • Tenant name: 1000startupdigital(20200928112002)

  • Registered email: gerak@1000startupdigital.id

  • Organization / Company: 1000startupdigital

  • Description: Lost access to MFA device and recovery codes, unable to log in to dashboard.

I would like to request assistance in resetting or removing the MFA enrollment for my account so that I can regain access to the dashboard.
