Need help Resetting MFA for Tenant Member

An admin on our Auth0 Dashboard lost his MFA, and Recovery code. I have deleted his account from each tenant. But the invitation link still asks him to provide MFA and he cant get in.

I see in docs I need to raise a support ticket to be able to reset his MFA, but there is no support ticket systems in place that I can find for Auth0

Any advice?
