I’m trying to disable my TOTP so that I can switch it to another authenticator app, but the “Remove” button is disabled in my profile.
Does anyone have any clues on how to enable it? Thanks

Are you still seeing this issue? I am not able to recreate the MFA factor Remove button being grayed out.
Would you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Hi Dan,
On a whim, I added another option to get a code for login - Mobile. On page refresh, the original “remove” button is now red and activated.
Maybe a tool tip to say why the button is disabled would be handy.
I did have Windows biometrics enabled before adding my mobile number though.
