Need help resetting my MFA TOTP registered device

Hi there, trying to reset the device I’ve registered for MFA TOTP. When I click on the “Remove” button, all I get is the spinning logo. It’s annoying having to use the Recovery Code and remember the new one every time I try to log in since I can’t reset the TOTP device.

Saw this post How can I change my TOTP?, looks like I have to post here to get help since I have the free plan. Would appreciate help with this
