Locked out of Admin Console (MFA TOTP and Recovery Code not working)

Hello!

I wish my first post here were under better terms, but I unfortunately cannot sign into my administrative Auth0 account with my TOTP MFA, and the recovery code I have is apparently no good either. Is there a process in place what would allow me to regain access to my account?
