I have a paid essentials plan and I need to log a support ticket, but it won’t let me. I have a message at the top that says I’m using a free plan so I can’t log a ticket.

Based on the information provided, it is possible that you are viewing a different subscription ( other than the Essentials Plan) which does not have access to opening Support cases. You can verify this by logging into Auth0 Support Center → Tenants and hover over Subscription in the top-left part of the screen ( to the left of Notifications). This should allow you to switch to a different subscription if you have the same Auth0 user access multiple tenants.
You can also click your profile picture in the Auth0 Support Center → Log Out and then log back in with the Auth0 user that has access to submitting Support cases.
