Terrible Auth0 Support

I am trying to reach out to sales for the past week, but not able to get a reply back from them.

I also have the essentials license, and still have to rely on community forum why is that?

I’m not sure on the normal response time for contacting sales, but since you have a paid plan you should be able to raise a Support Ticket through the Support Center.

If you need to speak to our sales team about your account, I recommend raising a support ticket and making the request through that channel.
