Overview

This article provides details for customers with the Self-Service Subscription who upgrade their B2C-B2B ESSENTIALS - PROFESSIONAL subscription to the new Teams-based subscription but want to return to the old plan structure.

Solution

This is not possible. Once the subscription is upgraded to the new Teams-based structure plan, there is no option to revert changes.
