Request for a refund

this morning instead of login to my account pressing directly the "continue with google"i entred the email adress and password and then i was redirected to another dashboard, and i was the only member on it,i did n t make attention and i paid the subscription to upgrade my account to Essentials plan but that was not the correct auth0 dashboard. how can get a refund.
