How can I request a refund for a plan that I paid today and then changed my mind?

Today I signed up for a paid plan but then a few hours later I changed my mind. I would like to request a refund but since I downgraded to a free plan I can’t create a ticket to request it. How can I contact customer support to ask for a refund?
