Similar to Is the "Real-time Webtask Logs" Extension currently down?
I used it extensively about a week ago. Today, I’ve tried with two different tenants and in one of them, I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the extension.

Thank you for reporting this, after checking internally it does look like there currently is an outage with the Real-Time Webtask extension. Initially this was reported for the JP region, but it looks like we do have multiple regions affected at the moment.
Our Engineering team has been notified and is currently working on a fix. Will provide an update as soon as possible, once we get more information.
