Real time Webtask - logs not working and losing connection


I installed the Real-time webtask extension and it takes forever to connect to the log stream and once it connects I often get “Error: Connection timed out” (no other details) .

Is there anyway to debug to see what happens? Is it a security (firewall or virus scanner…) issue??

Of course we can check that? Can you send me a private message with a HAR file so we know what is happening behind the scenes of the browser? You need to record a HAR file of the whole flow once you’re doing the things so I can see the whole process. Here’s how to do that:

It turns out we had an outage but it’s been resolved so everything should be back to normal now
