Real-time Webtask Logs does not connect

Hello.

I am not able to use the “Real-time Webtask Logs” extension, which is stuck with message “connecting to logs stream” but never connects.

I have tried all of the below, for both a US & AU tenant:

  • re-installing extension
  • logged out & logged back in
  • private browser
  • alternate browser (+ private)
  • checked browser console logs (no errors)

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I understand you are encountering issues getting the Real-time Webtask Logs Extension to work.

After testing this myself, I was not able to reproduce your issue. Instead, I could successfully install and log into the Real-time Webtask Logs Extension.

In this case, could you please check that your Tenant has set the Extensibility Runtime to Node 12? This setting is located in your Auth0 Dashboard > Settings > Advanced at the bottom of the page. See below.

If you are already on Node 12 Runtime, and still having issues, could you please capture a HAR file and DM it to me for me to investigate the issue further?

Thanks Rueben. I can confirm the extensibility runtime is set to Node 12. I have DM’d you the HAR file.
