Real-time Webtask Logs - Stuck at connecting

Problem statement

We can not log into the Realtime Webtask logs extension and use it correctly. The login seems to work, but stuck at connecting. We updated and reinstalled the connection, but that did not fix this.

We use the Realtime Webtask Logs Extension behind a VPN and notice that we are no longer having this issue after disabling the VPN.


There are some limits within the network topology when the app we use tries to stream logs from the server to the browser behind a VPN. Therefore, please disable VPN when using this extension.
