Real-time Webtask Logs Extension Shows "Connection error"

Problem statement

When trying to connect to the the Real-Time Webtask Logs Extension the following error is generated.

Error: Connection error


Uninstall the extension and then reinstall it.

If the error is still received, follow the steps below to collect additional information for troubleshooting with support.

  1. Open the Real-time Webtask Log extension (it should open in a new browser tab/window).
  2. Open the developer tool, select Network, and enable the Show console drawer.
