When trying to connect to the the Real-Time Webtask Logs Extension the following error is generated.
Error: Connection error
Uninstall the extension and then reinstall it.
If the error is still received, follow the steps below to collect additional information for troubleshooting with support.
- Open the Real-time Webtask Log extension (it should open in a new browser tab/window).
- Open the developer tool, select Network, and enable the Show console drawer.
- Refresh the page, then take a screenshot of the whole browser window.
