Hi team,
Our startup was recently approved for the Auth0 for Startups program (which includes the 12-month free Business tier). However, we are unable to activate or apply the promotional discount to our subscription from the dashboard.
Since our account currently does not have access to open a standard support ticket, could an Auth0 staff member please help us link the approved startup credits to our tenant?

I understand that you were approved for a 12-month free Business tier for the SStartup program, however you are not able to activate your discount code.
Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to our @support group, forwarding all the information provided and confirming the email address of your Auth0 account and the name of the tenant that needs to be upgraded via the code. You can click on " support" mentioned above and should have the option of sending a message to the group. The DM creates a private conversation where more sensitive details can safely be shared with us for troubleshooting.
