Accepted to Startup program but tenant not upgraded

We were accepted to the Auth0 startup program, but our tenant has not been upgraded in over a week. I cannot put in a support ticket, as noted in the email, since we are on the free tier. I’ve sent multiple emails on this to the program email, and the person who sent us the acceptance email, but still nothing. This is a huge roadblock for our go-live and I am not sure what to do here, so I thought I would give this avenue a try. Thanks in advance.

I understand that you were accepted in Auth0’s startup program, however your tenant has not been upgraded.

Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support with these details, sharing your email address and name of the tenant and we will further investigate and if necessary, submit a Support case on your behalf to address the issue. The DM creates a private conversation where more sensitive information can safely be shared with us for troubleshooting.
