Not receiving password reset email

Hi, is there a known issue with password reset emails not being sent for Auth0 login? They do not seem to come through.

Hi @chris.jones,

I am not seeing any current known issues. I have a few questions that can help us narrow down the problem.

Are you receiving any errors in your logs when trying to send the emails? And are you using a custom email provider? That can sometimes be the issue.
