Not able to change credit card for my Auth0 subscription

I’m not able to change/update my credit card for my current Auth0 subscription, I kept getting the “The card you entered is invalid” message each time I tried to update my credit card number.

I’ve tried two different cards with the same results, both cards are definitely valid.

What am I doing wrong?

For billing related matters I would say it’s probably more suitable for you to reach our through a support ticket in the billing category.


I couldn’t figure out how to raise a ticket before but now that I’ve created a ‘support’ account, I can see the option to raise a support ticket. I will do that.
