A few users of our site reported that when they try to sign up they get the message that “User already exists” but when they try to login/reset password with the same email, they are shown “User not found”. We did not make any changes to our login or signup forms. Could anyone help with a solution or some insight into this?

The details in the tenant log should give more insights regarding why this happened. Do those users already exist?
If you can DM me the name of the tenant and the sample user email, I will be happy to check the tenant logs and rules/actions that might have caused this issue.
