My Auth0 account is still on the free subscription after the B2C pro started

Hi, my Auth0 account is still on the free subscription after the B2C pro contract started. This is blocking me from creating more tenants. I’ve created a support ticket with more details under my email. Can you please investigate? Thanks.

Looking at the subscription metadata associate with your email address, it has been updated to:

 "name": "Enterprise Agreement",
            "plan": "b2c_professional",

at 2024-02-02T03:41:13.749Z. I believe this may be a matter of timezones. Could you please check again today and let us know?
